Open the Final Passage Brattigan runs out of explosives right near the end of your mission and tasks you with finding some more. If you had not already use the jump point from the last section you were just on and swim straight ahead. You should be able to recover some explosives that will lead you to freedom. Head back under the landmass you jump off of and traverse the hallway until you reach a wall.
